Meeting and being recognized by Governor Haslam

On May 31st, I was invited to attend a breifing at The Department of Veterans Affairs in downtown Nashville where Governor Haslam would be. I was surprised and honored for Commissioner Grinder to read and present me with a Certificate of Appreciation from Governor Haslam who you see below shaking my hand. My boss shared with me that there are over 3000 administrators in the state of Tennessee and I am the first one to be recognized by the Governor. I would definitely say it has been an awesome week. I work for a fantastic organization and am surrounded daily by an elite group of profesisonals working for a good cause.
